Before founding Elevare Consulting, I spent nearly a decade leading HR initiatives within corporate, CPG, and manufacturing and distribution environments. Working within complex, fast-moving organizations, my approach as a strategic HR partner was shaped by balancing operational realities, leadership priorities, and the employee experience at scale.

That foundation continues to inform how I advise leaders today. Having supported both corporate and frontline teams, navigated organizational change, and partnered closely with executive leadership, I bring a grounded, practical lens to every engagement. My work reflects firsthand experience within national and global organizations, supporting and advising leaders across large, complex teams and client environments — where people decisions influence performance at scale.
